Armored cast Wrap Structural Material, with high strength and elasticity, is made from flexible fiberglass knit fabric tape saturated with water-activated polyurethane. After being water-activated it can create a rigid structure with high ability of anti-bending and anti-elongation, and chemicals-resistance.
It is widely used in emergency repair and protection of pipelines which carry water, gas and chemicals in civil and military industrial use. It has played an important role in the fields of power supply, chemicals transportation, marine and communication engineering by reducing losses caused by pipeline leaking or damage, and has become the necessary part in emergency repair and pipeline maintenance.

Usage:
50mmx1.5m Suitable for pipes up to 45mm external diameter.
50mmx3.6m Suitable for pipes up to 75mm external diameter.
75mmx3.6m Suitable for pipes up to 75mm external diameter.
100mmx3.6m Suitable for pipes up to 100mm external diameter.
Operation:
1. Once the leaking area is identified, shut down relevant pipes or hoses immediately.
2. Prepare the surface by cleaning and roughening the pipe.
3. Put on enclosed latex gloves.
4. Apply Steel Putty to the leak site and mould.
5. Open foil pouch and immerse bandage in temperate fresh water for 10 seconds. The entire contents must be used once the package is opened.

7. quickly as curing begins once it is taken out of the water.
8. Whilst wrapping, pull each layer tightly by using your hand to mould and squeeze the layers together. Continue this action during and upon completion.
Notes:
1. Wear gloves to avoid the polyurethane touching and adhering the skin.
2. Open one bag at one time and use the cast immediately. Don't open multi bags at the same time,to avoid weakening the strength.
3. The cast need to be cut and removed by the electric cast saw.
4. Pay attention to avoid breakage of the bags during transportation and storage, for touching moisture in the air can cause the cast to solidify.
